All systems / components requiring repair should only be sent back when an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) number has been issued.
As all of our systems and components are supplied with a serial number label it is helpful if this can be supplied at the time of the call. We can then immediately confirm if the unit is in warranty and what the configuration was at the point of sale.
Repairs can be tracked by us using the RMA Number or the original purchase order number.
